Atrani - Limited Edition Giclee Print

Atrani has such an incredible, dramatic charm, tucked right into the towering cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, and I painted this piece to capture that feeling of stumbling upon a quiet, sun-drenched sanctuary. In this painting, you can see the village stacked beautifully against the massive sheer rock face, with its warm yellow and pink buildings leading the eye toward the collegiate church spire and its colourful tiled dome. The grand stone arches of the viaduct framing the beach give the town such a unique architectural character.

Down on the sand, two of my signature stylized boats—one a bright, sea blue and the other a warm terracotta red—rest peacefully on the shore. Giving them bold geometric patterns and their own playful shapes is my way of introducing a friendly, cheerful energy to the landscape. Surrounded by the soft turquoise water gently lapping the beach, the scene is filled with a relaxed, quiet joie de vivre. It is an invitation to step away from the crowds and soak up the peaceful optimism of a hidden Italian escape, lifting your spirits with a little piece of permanent summer sunshine.

There are only 75 limited edition prints available, each one signed and numbered by hand. The unframed prints are 27.9 x 42 cm (A3). The framed versions are 59.4 x 42 cm (A2) and are presented behind glass inside a white mount and frame.
